Bumbu Restaurant China Square Central: The old office recently had a department dinner at Bumbu Restaurant at Kandahar Street to celebrate a fairly big milestone. Kampong Glam is a great place to go to at night, with lots of people on the streets and a warm, laid-back feel. We were seated on the second storey of the shophouse. Although Bumbu is meant to serve Thai and Indonesian food, the interioir is extremely local, with pintu pagars, carved screens and old embossed mirrors used to decorate the room.
