Floods Hit Metro Manila: The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said in a Twitter message the LRTA is extending operations by one hour to accommodate commuters affected by heavy rains. Today the executive secretary of the CBCP-National Secretariat for Social Action Justice & Peace (CBCP-Nassa) Fr.
