Centrale 8: Tampines Dbss: New Tampines DBSS Project Name: Centrale 8. Centrale 8 Tampines DBSS: The latest Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) offering in Tampines, called Centrale 8, has hit a record of $880,000 for a 5-bedder. 

That’s the most expensive unit of the 708 units. In fact, for 5-bedders alone, prices start from a whopping $685,000! Wow! And it only has an area of 1,162 sqft.While smaller than the usual 5-bedroom units, many have said that the units are better designed, hence the pricing. 

Centrale 8, located within a few minutes’ walk to Tampines central, already saw 300 couples at its launch yesterday.
