Stevie Nicks has confirmed Fleetwood Mac are planning to reunite once she and guitarist Lindsay Buckingham complete touring for their current solo projects. During a recent interview with perezhilton.com, Nicks revealed they may also record a new album.“When my album and Lindsey [Buckingham's] albums come to a stop, then Fleetwood Mac will gather again and we’ll either make another record or we won’t and we’ll just go on tour,” Nicks told the site.
In addition to the Fleetwood Mac announcement, Nicks is also making current headlines with the release of her new solo album In Your Dreams. The album is Nicks’ first new studio effort since 2001; it peaked at number six on the Billboard 200 chart.
The album includes collaborations with Eurythmics guitarist David A. Stewart and legendary producer Glen Ballard.
