COE prices Fall: COE prices soften for small and big cars, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices for cars fell in the latest tender exercise.
The COE premium for big cars of more than 1,600cc dropped S$4,990 to S$72,350. In the small car category, the premium fell S$2,495 to S$52,392.
In the Open Category, where the COEs can be used for any type of vehicle but end up mainly for cars, the premium retreated S$1,549 to S$74,340.
