Photo of Darinne Ko Wen Hui Sex For Grade Scandal Girl: Ms Darinne Ko Wen Hui, the woman at the heart of the sex-for-grades scandal with NUS law professor Tey Tsun Hang, in a photo on her Facebook profile before it was shut down.

    NUS law professor Tey Tsun Hang was in court this morning to face six charges in relation to a sex-for-grades graft probe. The woman – a former fourth year law student – was identified as Darinne Ko Wen Hui.

    He allegedly committed the offences between May and July 2010, allegedly receiving a Mont Blanc pen worth $740, iPod touch worth $160, and two counts of obtaining gratification in the form of sexual intercourse.

    Tey is accused of receiving the gifts as inducement for showing favour in his assessment of Ko’s academic performance. Bail was set at $100,000.

    Prosecutor said in court that Tey is considered a flight risk as he’s a Malaysian when Defence counsel asked why his bail amount was excessive.
